The Bangbae Police Station in Seoul announced on the 18th it has booked 60-year old Mr. Kim on charges of animal cruelty for placing a cat into a pen of jindo dogs and allowing the dogs to maul it. According to police, Mr. Kim tied up the cat’s body at his home in Yeongju, Gyeongsangbuk-do, on the 8th and placed it into the pen, allowing the jindo dogs to bite and tear the cat’s body while he filmed them.
