Man Arrested for Filming Animal Abuse

The Bangbae Police Station in Seoul announced on the 18th it has booked 60-year old Mr. Kim on charges of animal cruelty for placing a cat into a pen of jindo dogs and allowing the dogs to maul it. According to police, Mr. Kim tied up the cat’s body at his home in Yeongju, Gyeongsangbuk-do, on the 8th and placed it into the pen, allowing the jindo dogs to bite and tear the cat’s body while he filmed them. The film was later uploaded it to his homepage on the internet.
